The substation has compact structure, small footprint, external radiator and better heat dissipation.

The transformer substation adopts the new transformer series technology, the structure is reasonable, safe and reliable. Transformer oil is used as insulation medium for 10KV or 35KV side high voltage components, which greatly shortens the safety distance.

Full-enclosed structure is adopted to isolate oil and atmosphere, greatly reducing the oxidation process and water vapor intervention, improving the stability, reliability and safety of the system equipment. At the same time, it is easy to disassemble and assemble and to maintain by using sheet radiator.

The box body is treated by special shot peening technology, which has good anti-corrosion, anti-insolation ability and can effectively resist the erosion of sand.

The low voltage side adopts the latest intelligent circuit breaker, plastic case air switch, high sectional capability and good protection performance.

The transformer tank can be equipped with pressure gauge and thermometer with communication interface, and the load switch can be equipped with travel switch to realize remote monitoring, operation and maintenance of the transformer.

The box is fully sealed, and the protection level can reach IP54.

The special box transformer for photovoltaic power generation is a high-voltage/low-voltage pre-installed substation (hereinafter referred to as substation) which integrates high-voltage switchgear, transformer body and protective fuse into a tank and integrates with low-voltage switchgear and corresponding auxiliary equipment. It is a special distribution facility which can output electric energy from 0.27kV or 0.315kV grid-connected photovoltaic inverters to 10kV or 35kV through boost transformers and up to 10kV or 35kV lines. It is an ideal supporting equipment for photovoltaic power generation system.
